The storyline introduces a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a hidden cult.

The mission concentrates on "strange tests and a terrifying adversary" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave.
